Where is the Port of Palm Beach cruise terminal?
At One East 11th Street, Riviera Beach, FL 33404, on the Lake Worth Lagoon north of downtown West Palm Beach.
What time should I arrive for my cruise?
The terminal opens at 9:30 a.m. on Margaritaville at Sea embarkation days and the doors close promptly at 3:00 p.m. Arriving after that means you cannot board and are treated as a no-show under the cruise line’s cancellation policy.
When does boarding start?
Once the previous guests have disembarked and the ship has cleared U.S. Customs. The time varies, and you can wait inside the air-conditioned terminal.
Is it safe to leave my car at the port?
The port says its lot is secured with 24/7 security and camera monitoring.
Can I pay for parking in cash?
No. The port accepts major credit cards only (American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover).
Which I-95 exit do I take?
From the south, Exit 74 (45th Street). From the north, Exit 76 (Blue Heron Boulevard).
Can I bring my own drinks onboard?
The port’s FAQ says beverages and alcohol are not permitted. Check Margaritaville at Sea’s current policy for any exceptions.
Are there longer cruises from Palm Beach?
Palm Beach specializes in three- to five-night sailings. For longer cruises, our advisors can compare departures from Port Everglades, Miami and Port Canaveral.
Do I need a passport?
For round-trip sailings, U.S. citizens can often use other proof of citizenship, but a valid passport is the safest choice and is essential if you ever need to fly home from a foreign port. Check Margaritaville at Sea’s required travel documents for your sailing.
Is there a Global Entry office at the port?
The Port of Palm Beach website lists a Global Entry Enrollment Center. Check the port’s site and U.S. Customs and Border Protection for current appointments.
Is the right-turn lane onto 11th Street open?
During 2026 the port warned that U.S. 1 roadwork had closed the right-turn lane onto 11th Street. Northbound drivers can continue to 13th Street, turn right, then right onto Avenue C. Check the port’s notices for the latest.
Is a Palm Beach cruise good for a first-timer?
